Affiliate Program Terms and Policies

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTRATION. By signing up for Motion Design School Affiliate Program, you enter into the legal agreement with Motion Design School Company, agree to comply with these Terms and Policies and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to these Terms and Policies, please do not apply for Motion Design School Affiliate Program.

General Information

The ("Site") is the website of Motion Design School Company, the Delaware Corporation ("School", "we", "us", "our"). We offer you to become our affiliate and promote our Site and/or our Services (as defined in our Terms of Use).

Approval or Rejection of the Application

You apply to our Affiliate Program by your signing up for our Affiliate Program registration ("Affiliate Program Application").

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

You become our affiliate ("Affiliate") and receive access to your affiliate account after we approve your Affiliate Program Application.


Commissions will be paid to you once a month within a period of 15-17th days of the month.

Cookie days period shall be 30 days.  For an Affiliate to receive a commission, your affiliate account must remain active for 30 days. Please keep in mind that we have a certain time period for each customer to refund from the Service, so if a buyer successfully purchases our Service within a period of 1-14th days of the month than your commission will be moved and paid to you the next month.

You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission if you purchase our Services by yourself. There is also a limit of one commission per referral. If someone clicks the link on your site and purchase multiple Services, then you will receive a commission on the first order only.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

You shall pay solely and bear sole responsibility for any and all applicable fees, conversion rates, taxes and transaction fees, or any other government-required or payment-method required fees and charges from commissions we pay to you under this Agreement.

You understand and agree that your commission will be paid to you in the US dollars and the amount you receive may be reduced by applicable conversion rate, transaction and payment method required fees and charges.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Motion Design School harmless against any and all claims by any tax authority, or banks, or financial institutions for any underpayment or nonpayment of any taxes or charges or fees, including any related penalties and/or interest.


Your Application, account and/or status in the Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).

  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).

  • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.

  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.

  • Violation of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to require license agreements from those who use trademarks and any of intelectual property of School in order to protect our intellectual property rights.

  • Offering any of forms of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other Services, however, is acceptable.

  • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.

In addition to the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate status or account at any time, for any reason.

Affiliate Links 

You may use graphics and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise our Services online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation of this Affiliate Program Terms and Policies and our website Terms of Use amd any of applicable laws.


The School will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Affiliate Program and/or to our Site.

We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or the Services and products sold by School. We make no claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and/or our Site will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.


We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to (i) access our site through HTML links solely in accordance with this Terms and Policies and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material (collectively, the "Licensed Materials") that we provide to you or authorize for such purpose. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that you are a member in good standing of Motion Design School Affiliate Program. You agree that all uses of the Licensed Materials will be on behalf of School and the good will associated therewith will inure to the sole benefit of School

Each party agrees not to use the other's proprietary materials in any manner that is disparaging, misleading, obscene or that otherwise portrays the party in a negative light. Each party reserves all of its respective rights in the proprietary materials covered by this license. Other than the license granted in this Agreement, each party retains all right, title, and interest to its respective rights and no right, title, or interest is transferred to the other.


You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless School, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as "Losses") insofar as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (i) any claim that our use of the affiliate trademarks infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party, (ii) any misrepresentation of a representation or warranty or breach of a covenant and agreement made by you herein, or (iii) any claim related to your site, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to us.

Terms and Policies Modifications

The School may revise these Terms and Policies at any time without notice. By being our Affiliate you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state courts located in the State of Delaware.

In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees.
